Adriano V. Autino (Space Renaissance International)	Adriano Autino is CEO, co-founder and former President of the Space Renaissance International (SRI). SRI’s and Adriano’s mission: opening of the space frontier: civilian space development, low-cost access to space, space tourism, geo-lunar space industrialization, use of near-Earth asteroids, and full development of space economy. He authored and co-authored many publications on our civilization’s expansion into outer space.
Bernard Foing (Space Renaissance International)	Prof. Bernard Foing is the President of Space Renaissance International, a non-profit organization focused on promoting the development of space technologies and the establishment of an interplanetary society. He is also the CEO of LUNEX, a partner of EuroSpaceHub, and the Executive Director of the International Lunar Exploration Working Group (ILEWG) and COSPAR. Additionally, he is a guest professor at the VU Amsterdam/Leiden Observatory and holds various positions within the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA).
Frank White (Human Space Program)	Frank White, a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College, is a renowned author, space philosopher, and consultant who has written extensively on topics such as space exploration, climate change, and artificial intelligence. His most notable work is "The Overview Effect: Space Exploration and Human Evolution," which has become a seminal contribution to the field of space exploration. The book explores the profound cognitive shift that occurs when viewing the Earth from space and its implications for human evolution and space exploration.
Dennis O'Brien	Dennis O'Brien is the founder and president of The Space Treaty Project, a California-based nonprofit focused on promoting peace and sustainability in outer space. His work in this area began in 1985 as part of the NASA-Hastings Research Project in San Francisco. O'Brien has written extensively on the topic, including a paper titled "OTV: An Argument for the Independent Trader," which emphasizes the importance of the private sector in achieving a sustainable human presence in space. He has also presented at several international conferences and has been involved in various projects related to space law and policy.
Emeline Paat-Dahlstrom	Emeline Paat-Dahlstrom is a space entrepreneur, speaker, author, and impact instigator. She is the Co-Founder of International Space Consultants and SpaceBase, a social enterprise that aims to democratize access to space by catalyzing space ecosystems in emerging countries, starting with New Zealand. She has worked and consulted for several space companies, including Space Adventures, Zero Gravity Corporation, and Odyssey Moon.
Gary Barnhard (Space Development Foundation)	Gary Pearce Barnhard is a self-described synergistic technological philanthropist, entrepreneur, and serial venture capitalist whose intersections with the space business span all sectors. He is a computer, robotic, space, and utility systems engineer with over 46 years of experience. He currently serves in several capacities, including: Director of Strategic Relationships for the National Space Society, Founder, President and CEO of Xtraordinary Innovative Space Partnerships, Inc. (XISP-Inc), and Vice President of the Moon Village Association.
Ghanim Alotaibi (Space Renaissance International)	Ghanim Alotaibi is a PhD candidate at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on thermal management for advanced Solar Power Satellites. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Kuwait University and has worked as a petroleum engineer. Ghanim has a background in astronomy and solar energy and has successfully launched a satellite project for Kuwait University. He is involved in various space organizations, including the Space Generation Advisory Council and the Moon Village – Participation of Emerging Space Countries. Ghanim is also a board member at the Space Renaissance Initiative and co-chairs the young generation committee. He founded the Advance Space Civilization Initiative to promote space research and education in developing countries.
Guy Pignolet	Guy Pignolet is a French engineer and researcher born on March 28, 1942 in St. Pierre Eglise, France. He holds a degree in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris (1963) and a Doctor of Philosophy-AbD from Cornell University (1972). Pignolet served as a Lieutenant in the French Navy (1963-1964) and worked as a field manager for Schlumberger Overseas in Paris (1964-1969) and a high school teacher for the French National Education in St. Rose, La Reunion, France (1973-1980). He was a future studies engineer at the Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (French Space Agency) in Paris from 1981 to 2003 and chaired the education committee of the International Federation of Astronautics in Paris from 1991 to 1997. Pignolet is a member of the Solar Sailing Association, which he founded and chaired from 1991 to 2000, and Space Renaissance International. He was the national coordinator for the school satellite project "Sputnik 40 Years" in 1997 and has been listed as a noteworthy engineer and researcher by Marquis Who's Who.
Marie-Luise Heuser	Dr. phil. Marie-Luise Heuser is a philosopher and university lecturer at several German universities. She is the Executive Director of The Society for Space Culture and Head of the Space and Culture Department in the German Aerospace Society (DGLR). Her research focuses on the philosophy of space travel, space theories, philosophy of nature, art and technology, metaphysics, ontology, and anthropology. She is also the Head of the Space Philosophy Laboratory at Space Renaissance Academy. Notable publications include "Transterrestrik in der Renaissance" (2008), "Space Philosophy" (2016), "Return to the Moon" (2020), and "Der Mensch ist nicht nur für die Erde da" (2020).
Nick Searra	As the founder of the Interstellar Foundation, Nick Searr has pioneered the integration of art and science to explore and communicate the human experience beyond our planet. With a background in communication technology, energy and data centres, Nick spearheads initiatives that bridge technological innovation with cultural expressions, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of humanity in the cosmos. Under Nicks leadership, the Foundation has launched projects like the collaboration with UNESCO, Getty Images and others to create messages for future humans, and other possible life in the galaxy, building on the legacy of the NASA Golden Record with advanced technologies.
Renato Guimaraes Da Rocha Frota	Renato Guimarães da Rocha Frota is a dedicated professional with a background in education, non-profit management, and media production. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has leveraged his skills to promote positive community change. As the founder and CEO of a successful NGO, Renato has experience in event planning, staff supervision, and educational program development. He has also directed award-winning documentary films, emphasizing the power of media to influence public awareness. His diverse expertise brings an engaging voice to discussions on planetary sustainability and the proposed 18th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
Ryan Laird	Ryan Laird is a results-driven Marketing Professional with over a decade of experience in the space industry. He is a chartered marketer (CMktr) who has led numerous successful campaigns and contributed to the growth of several brands. Ryan specializes in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, and has a track record of delivering exceptional results. He emphasizes the importance of collaboration and continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space and marketing industries. Ryan is passionate about developing and mentoring marketing talent and is dedicated to building high-performing marketing strategies that deliver remarkable success.
Sumana Mukherjee	Sumana Mukherjee is an aerospace engineer from Kolkata, India. She has a Bachelor's degree from India and a Master's in Space Engineering from TU Delft and the University of Bremen (Partially Completed). Her experience includes small satellite missions, lunar habitat radiation shield design at ZARM, autonomous lunar rover navigation with ESA, and working with Indian space startups. Sumana is the founder of Sustain-A-Verse, an online magazine promoting ethical, sustainable fashion and its synergies with circular economy space exploration. Her mission is to inspire global citizens to engage in sustainable development on Earth and in space, aligned with the 18th SDG. Proud to be a co-promoter of this purpose.
Victoria Ustimenko	Victoria Ustimenko-Laskina is the CEO and Founder of Preto PR Service. She previously served as Head of Global Markets at Transdisciplinary Agora for Future Discussions (TAFFDs). With a background in marketing and PR, Victoria has worked with various companies, including Vimana Global, 4ARTechnologies AG, and Abubakar Suleymanov. She graduated from Donetsk State University in 2002 and began her career as a Special Correspondent for Kyiv Weekly. Victoria is passionate about building relationships with notable scientists, philosophers, artists, and entrepreneurs worldwide.
Werner Grandl	Werner graduated at the Technical University of Vienna in 1984, as architect and civil engineer. He published several papers on studies for space stations and space colonies, utilization of lunar and asteroid resource.
WES Faires	Wes Faires is an advocate of private sector resource utilization beyond national borders with a Graduate Certificate in Air and Space Law from the University of Mississippi. -Head of US Operations for Asteroid Mining Corporation, Ltd. -Director of Space Rights LLC, a private sector advocacy group focused on space resources -Observer to the Hague International Space Resources Governance Working Group -Public Representative to the United Nations Committee on Peaceful Uses in Outer Space, Legal Subcommittee
Humberto Alfonso García Montano	Humberto Alfonso García Montano is an expert in physics and environmental management. His research focuses on applications of exact sciences. He has published several articles on astronomy and physics, including: Astronomical observations, Variable stars, Light pollution, Tsunamis, Anomalous temperatures. Shelli Brunswick	Shelli Brunswick, a luminary in space exploration and innovation, boasts a dynamic career, from distinguished roles in the U.S. Air Force to former COO of Space Foundation. Currently CEO & Founder of SB Global, her exceptional leadership focuses on strategic engagements and advocating for space technology innovation, diversity, and inclusion. With 100 annual speeches globally, Shelli, a prolific author and keynote speaker, shapes conversations on career success, leadership, and workforce development.
Martina Dimoska	Martina Dimoska is an awarded published research scholar, an engineer, and a pioneering figure in space exploration nationally, regionally, and internationally. She is the first Macedonian and female Balkan analog astronaut, serving as a commander on Lunares' M08 SELENE, serving on ESA-funded ICEE. Space and Astroland Interplanetary Agency APICES and NASA supported UND ILMAH 14. She's a Google Woman Techmaker Ambassador, TEDx speaker, and recipient of numerous awards, including Forbes 30 Under 30 Nomination Europe, and Woman or Scientist of the Year a plethora of times. Martina is the Founder and President of the International Space Alliance, breaching the gap between agency, industry, and academia, bringing space opportunities to developing regions, and accelerating equal access to Space Exploration. She is an avid space educator and content creator across social media platforms with her popular handle @astro_smarta
Robert Katz	Robert S. Katz proudly serves as CEO & Executive Director of the 501(c)3 NGO think tank World Innovation Network (WIN). As Space-Advocate, Cyber-Strategist, Ecosystem Engineer, Fitness-Freak, and even Dope-Dad, he smashes-space-silos to not only Connect-The-Dots, but to, more importantly, Connect-The-Thoughts. His global Space Tank events unite top ASTROpreneurs with top ecosystems. Further, he locally leads NASA’s Space Apps Challenge at NASA KSC. With Physics, Math, Comp, and Chem degrees, plus AI doctorial research, Robert spearheaded the Strategic Defense Initiative (Star Wars), transforming it into today’s Iron Dome, and pioneered countless satellite tracking and communications applications, including global wireless internet email. Kamil Muzika	Kamil Muzyka, MA. PhD candidate in space manufacturing law at the Institute for Law Sudies of the Polish Academy of Science. His main research interests are space resources, space manufacturing, AI law and industrial astrobiology. He published articles in Paladyn, Astropolitics, Ad Astra, Philosophy Pulp,Transformacje and JAGI, essays The Space Review and Prawo I Kosmos – Prawo Kosmiczne. He published numerous popular science articles in Fenix, Sfinks, Nowa Fantastyka, Biały Kruk, Fantom. He is the a member of several organizations, such as the Polish Astrobiological Society, the Polish Transhumanist Association, Science Advocates Association and the Board member of the Polish Science Fiction Foundation.
Sergio Marchisio	Prof. Sergio Marchisio is the Chairman of the European Centre for Space Law (ECSL) within the European Space Agency (ESA) since 2007. He has been instrumental in developing and enhancing educational and scientific projects for young space lawyers in Europe, including: ECSL Summer Course on Space Law and Policy, European Round of the IISL, Young Lawyers’ Symposium, Practitioner’s Forum, several National Workshops and Conferences. Prof. Marchisio is also a prolific author, having published over 200 articles, encyclopedic entries, and collected works in legal journals, mostly peer-reviewed. He has contributed to over 180 scientific conferences, demonstrating his significant impact on the development of space law.
Shruthi Dinkar	With over 15 years of HR experience, Shruthi Dinkar is dedicated to aligning people strategy with organizational mission and vision. As the head of HR at EMBERS, she leads the department in developing innovative HR policies, guiding business leaders, and managing employee issues. Shruthi holds an MBA, a diploma in Space Sciences, and a Master's in space economics (in progress). Her expertise includes organizational development, impact evaluation, and management consulting.

Mikhail Baskov (iDare Space Travel)	Mikhail Baskov has a diverse background in the aerospace and aviation industries. He was trained as a rocket scientist at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in Russia, specialising in the "Deep Space" (SM2) department, where he also worked at Youth Space Center - involved in multiple cooperation programs between students of Russia, USA and UK. Mikhail has worked at various organisations, including Boeing, two airlines, one airport, several aircraft leasing and trading companies, event at two drilling rigs in Arctic snow. In 2009 he moved to Ireland and in 2022 he founded iDare Space Travel Limited - Ireland's first space tourism travel agency. In his free time he is a skydiving instructor at the Irish Parachute Club.
Haroon Oqab (Kepler Space University)	Haroon Oqab is President and CEO of the Kepler Space University. Graduated of The University of Western Ontario with Master of Engineering degrees in Mechanical and Materials Engineering (Automation Technologies and Systems) and Electrical and Computer Engineering (Robotics and Control), he also holds Bachelor of Science Honours Specializations in Kinesiology and Medical Biophysics (Physical Science Concentration). Haroon is also the President & CEO of Columbiad Launch Services. National Technical Program Manager of the Canadian Space Society. His main interests lay in fully integrated spacecraft design with a particular focus on propulsion engineering, space solar power, development of infrastructure supporting an interplanetary civilization.
