2 – What contents are foreseen for each Sponsor Partner?

The following content is requested from each Sponsor

1. High-resolution logo, standalone with transparent background if possible. This should be in the form of a .psd (Photoshop) or .png,
2. Digital splash page with the logo, evocative image, a web address, and a tagline if desired. This should be provided as a link to a page on your website we can link to, and download as needed.
3. Sponsor Slide Deck up to 10 charts, introducing the Sponsor and their take on the importance of the 18thSDG: Space (both .pdf and PowerPoint formats)
4. Sponsor Video 1 to 3-minute maximum, introducing the Sponsor and there take on the importance of the 18thSDG: Space (This can be the slide deck with audio, or a separate content item)
5. Sponsor Image roll contribution (Curated set of images that the Sponsor would like to see included in the booth unattended image roll) .png or .jpg set for in FullHD 1920 X 1080, 1080p resolution
6. Sponsor Portal web page with curated content links for additional videos, slide decks, and policy papers (via QR codes) that the Sponsor would like to share.
7. Live event schedule. Sponsors are invited to identify one or more participants that are either at the IAC or who can join virtually for one or more to be scheduled presentations/panel discussions.

3 – Is there an opportunity for a sponsor to supply videos that would play on the big screen? Exactly what do you expect to be displayed on the big screen?

==> We are creating a plan that allows for scheduled time slots, on-demand access, and unattended operation making use of all of the content noted above.

 

4 – There is mention that IAC attendees from the sponsors will crew the booth. What this will be in practice?

==> LUNEX/EuroMoonMars is providing two people who will be dedicated to supporting the exhibition booth.
==> We will be reviewing the list of actual attendees and reaching out to have individuals both sign to assist with coverage as well as encourage people to drop by when they can.
